About Me
I am Rhiannon and I live in Farnham, Surrey with my Husband. Originally from Australia I spent time travelling the world and ended up here in England to stay in 2006! I have recently trained with Nurturing Birth (by the 2009 Doula of the Year!) to become a Doula. I am currently undergoing the process to become a 'rocognised' Doula with Doula UK. An organisation run by Doulas for Doulas! I abide by their Philosophy and Code of Conduct. This process involves being mentored and assessed over a period of time, over multiple births. Since training as a Beauty Therapist in 2002 I have spent many years helping women feel good about themselves, supporting them and encouraging them to live a happy, healthy and wonderful lifestyle! I have experience in many areas including Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology and Pregnancy massage. I have always believed that the miracle of pregnancy and birth is truly one of the most precious gifts a family can receive. Being a Doula allows me to support mothers and families through this time to encourage and allow them to have the most enjoyable, wonderful and memorable experience that they desire.
